Inspired by the DC travel tweeters @20sTravel and @rtwdave who did a similar Tweetup event back in November, I figured it was about time Boston got in on the action. Plus, I think my friends are getting sick of me talking about long-term travel.

So…  the details for Boston’s First Travel Tweetup are below. I hope you can join us! It should be a great chance to talk with like-minded individuals about travel tweeting, blogging, writing & more. And enjoy a drink or eight.

UPDATE: Date has been changed to Thursday, Jan 28 (instead of Wednesday) because Arthur Frommer (of guide book fame!) will be giving a FREE lecture at the Boston Public Library. Details on that event are here. I’d encourage you all to attend the BPL event as well. Maybe it would give us something to talk about.
