Want a postcard from the Holy Land?

Postcard to Michele

I like getting mail. You probably do, too. So, since you’re reading this—and I’m pretty damn happy—I’d like to send you a postcard! Just leave a comment on my Facebook page and I’ll DM you to get your address. Or leave a comment on this post and be sure to include an e-mail address in the field so that I can e-mail you to get your mailing address.

The photo above is a postcard I sent to a friend from Egypt. Not sure what happened to the top half of the card. Likely a shark got to it.

Oh, and Alison C., I haven’t forgotten about you! I’ve just been really lazy and haven’t gotten around to buying postcards. Maybe this post will actually get me to do it!

I’m sorry, but that postcard is awesome. I think it makes it much more authentic that it arrived in just half a piece! Too bad you weren’t sending it from South Africa… =)

Is it too late? Since I’m traveling, I’m not in a position to receive postcards, but I’ve had a few traveler friends send one to my Mom. She loves postcards! I’ll even send one to one of your friends/fam members!

This is a great idea. It reminds me of the service they have at Taipei 101 where you can send postcards with a specialized 101 stamp that can only be bought there at the observation deck.
