About the organizers

The event was founded by Adam Groffman (@travelsofadam) and Ashton Giese (@gayographer), two LGBTQ travel experts based in NYC. Adam previously ran a meetup group in Berlin, Germany which grew to over 10,000 active online members and Germany’s 5th largest group with events having over 150+ people in attendance each month. Ashton has organized and planned LGBTQ fundraiser events and happy hour special events in NYC since 2015.
